Our company operates as a distributor of the products / parcels ordered online from the local and European stores with final delivery of the ship crews, when the ship on which they are employed and work, has docked in the following served ports and marinas: Port of Piraeus (Attica) and Marinas of S.E.F and Flisvos (Attica).

Definitions
•The term “Sender” refers to the person who ships goods or products using the service of licensed courier companies.
•”Recipient” refers to the party authorized to receive the package.
•The term “package” refers to an envelope or box with a maximum weight 60 pounds or 27 kg, (for a larger one requires communication with our company).
Goods moving and restrictions on service:
DPCMS commits to receive general commodities, as commonly defined, subject to the following restrictions. Each Sender undertakes to fully indemnify, in accordance with the law, for shipments that occur in violation of applicable law or regulation or these Terms.
Restricted items:
The following are considered prohibited items and will not be accepted for distribution by Dolphin Piraeus Crew Mail Services. Dolphin Piraeus Crew Mail Services reserves the right, but is not required, to return to the Sender any Shipment containing a prohibited item. It is the Sender’s responsibility to ensure that no prohibited items are packed. This return will be made solely at the responsibility and expense of the Sender. If during the screening procedures a prohibited item by law or item that appears suspicious is found, Dolphin Piraeus Crew Mail Services will cooperate with the authorities.
- Alcoholic beverages (e.g. beer, wine, spirits).
- Collectibles and/or irreplaceable items (any item of value greater than its original purchase price or not normally available), including but not limited to antiques, artwork or collectible coins and stamps.
- Gold.
- Receipt of shipments on delivery (C.O.D.).
- Human corpses, human organs or parts of the body, human and animal embryos or cremated or decomposed human remains.
- Explosives and incendiary devices.
- Firearms, weapons and their parts or ammunition.
- Perishable foods and foods/beverages that require refrigeration or other environmental control.
- Live animals, eggs, larvae, live insects, live spiders.
- Ivory and endangered animals.
- Plants and plant material, including cut flowers.
- Cigarettes (including roll-your-own tobacco) and smokeless tobacco products as defined by applicable Postal Service regulations for domestic or international mail.
- Lottery tickets and gaming devices were prohibited by local, state, provincial, or national law.
- Money (coins, cash, foreign exchange, banknotes, and negotiable instruments equivalent to cash, such as authorised shares, bonds, and cash letters).
- Pornographic and/or obscene material.
- Hazardous waste, including but not limited to used hypodermic needles or syringes or other medical waste.
- Shipments that may cause damage or delay to equipment, personnel, or other shipments.
- Shipments or goods the carriage, import or export of which is prohibited by any law, statue, or regulation.
- Dangerous goods, dangerous goods or combustible materials as defined by the International Air Transport Association, applicable sea or road transport regulations, or applicable postal service regulations for domestic or international mail, including but not limited to:
- Asbestos
- Contaminants of category A.
- Compressed gases, including those that are flammable or non-flammable with an absolute pressure exceeding 40 psi at 70º F or 104 psi at 130º F
- Corrosive (liquid or solid).
- Dry ice (solid carbon dioxide).
- Flammable materials, including pyrophoric, flammable, or flammable liquids with a closed cup flash point below 200º F. or flammable solids, including matches.
- Magnetized material with a magnetic field strength of .002 gauss or greater at a distance of 7 feet
- Poisons, irritants, or controlled substances.
- Oxidizing.
- Processed or unprocessed dead animals, including insects and pets.
- Products that carry any drug or have been classified by the law of the country as narcotics or any drug that is not accompanied by a prescription of a qualified doctor.
- Packaging that is liquid, leaking or emitting odor of any kind.
- Wildlife products that require export customs clearance by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service prior to export from the U.S.
Liability
Our company bears no responsibility in case of seizure by the customs authorities or by the safety of the ship of the products mentioned above as prohibited.
In case the ship’s crew chooses to place an order that includes a fragile item / items, our company bears no responsibility if the item / items are omitted / omitted broken or damaged. In this case and if requested a compensation by the crew of the ship that received the broken or damaged parcel, our company is not responsible to inform the seller on behalf of the crew and make a request to return or change the broken / damaged parcel.
Our company bears no responsibility if the seller refuses the replacement of a broken / damaged parcel or the refund. Our company is responsible for the safety of parcels in case of theft from the moment they are received in our storage area until their delivery to the final destination. Our company is also responsible in case of destruction or damage of the parcels in the following cases: floods, fires, or earthquakes and from any other natural disaster .
The Company is liable only for willful misconduct and gross negligence, in case of delay in the delivery of ordered products and for information either provided by it or for services provided through this Website.
It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the address of Dolphin Piraeus Crew Mail Services, is correctly indicated on the packaging. If a package does not have the correct information, there will be a delay and Dolphin Piraeus Crew Mail Services will not be held liable. The shipper is responsible for ensuring that the appropriate packaging is used and that the contents are adequately and safely packed, wrapped, and protected for transportation. Any lost, damaged, or uninsured packages will not be covered and/or returned by Dolphin Piraeus Crew Mail Services .
All parcels must be shipped via licensed courier companies such as USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL, Amazon, ACS, ELTA, etc. No package will be accepted by Dolphin Piraeus Crew Mail Services, or its employees by any unlicensed courier or individual.
It is the Recipient’s responsibility to ensure that the packages collected comply with federal or local laws, vessel, or company policies.
Package recovery
Once the parcel arrives at the DPCMS facility, a notification is sent to notify the sender. The goods or products must be received by the Recipient no later than two (5) working days from their receipt.
Packages not recovered after (30) days will be returned to the sender or made available at the discretion of DPCMS. In the event of an agreement with DPCMS to store packages beyond 30 days, a storage fee (according to current prices) per item will apply and payment will be required at the time of request.

The user can track the stage of the route of delivery of the parcel through this Website by selecting “Delivery History”.
Payment Methods
Payment by Debit – Credit Card:
The Company accepts all credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and Euroline.
For debit-credit card transactions, the user is transferred to a secure environment of the bank (e-POS of REVOLUT bank (redirection). In addition, no data of the user’s debit-credit card is stored on the Company’s servers and systems.
Payment upon receipt of the order at the user’s place (cash on delivery):
The user prepays the Company through the website before the delivery of his / her order to the aforementioned ports / marinas. The cash on delivery payment method is now available.
Delivery dates and times
Receipt-Delivery of products
Delivery days are from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am until 02:00 pm and the possibility of receiving packages from our company’s premises will be from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm if and as long the delivery of parcels to the ships has not yet started.
On Saturday and Sunday our warehouse will remain closed and only the delivery of the products to the respective ships will be available. Collection from our premises during weekend and holidays is not possible.
In times of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, transport and delivery times may be affected.
Order delivery delay
The order may be delayed for the following reasons:
– The product has been delayed being shipped by the supplier: There are cases where an order may be delayed at customs or during transportation, resulting in the product not being available in the estimated time. If the order consists of several products and the delay concerns some of them, the Company communicates with the user, suggesting the delivery of part of the order. In case of agreement of the user, the item in delay is sent immediately after receipt to the Company’s warehouses.
Other cases of abnormal development
The order may not be completed or completed with different from the original terms, or may be delayed, in the following cases:
-In case it is impossible to contact the user by phone and / or e-mail (if there is a problem with the order, in relation to his payment), because e.g. the user’s details are not up to date.
-In the event that while the price has been paid (by credit / debit card), a technical problem occurs in the interconnection of the payment system and the ordering system of the Company. The user may not have received a confirmation e-mail with his order. In this case, the user may contact the Company through the e-mail form of the Website to resolve the problem in question.
Rights of the User
The user is entitled to withdraw from the service contract with the Company from which he purchased the product within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must inform the Company of his decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
If the user withdraws, the Company will refund all the money received from him, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day the Company will be informed of the user’s decision to withdraw from this contract, subject to what has been mentioned above. The refund will be executed using the same means of payment used by the user for the original transaction unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise.
