If the ship you are transferred to is docking also in the port of Piraeus, you will send us an email to info@dolphincrewmail.com to let us know and we’ll deliver it to your new ship. If the ship you have been transferred to, is not docking in the port of Piraeus, then we’ll deliver it to your previous ship and you should contact the Crew office.
Yes. If you have a positive balance to your account and for any reason you want to close your account or you want your money back, we’ll initiate the process for full refund.
Please note that If you have any packages pending for delivery, then we’ll charge your account depending on the pending packages for delivery and the remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account.
